              For enough marinade for 6 chicken thigh/leg sections:   6 to 8 cloves garlic, totally crushed or very finely minced   2 tablespoons dried oregano and/or marjoram  

                  Ingredients for 8 portions:   1 pound ground lamb   1 pound ground beef   1/2 cup finely diced yellow onion   4 cloves garlic, crushed
