Try out this satisfying, delicious and (super) creamy shake for breakfast!
Beans, milk, chia seeds, and protein powder give you a ton of protein to help you start the day and keep you full until lunch.
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup cooked white beans
1 scoop whey protein powder
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend ingredients until smooth.
