Remoulade Sauce 2.0

Ingredients for about 1 1/2 cup of remoulade sauce:
1 teaspoon dried tarragon

2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon anchovy paste
1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles
1/4 cup finely diced bread & butter pickles
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon minced green onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

salt to taste
