Ingredients for about 8 portions Lebanese Mountain Bread:

 

1/2 cup bread flour

 

1 teaspoon dry active yeast

 

1 teaspoon sugar

 

1/2 cup warm water

 

then add:

 

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1/2 teaspoon fine salt)

 

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

1 cup bread flour, plus more as needed
