Bok Choy Steamed Rice
Ingredients for 4 portions:
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup long grain rice
1 large bok choy, separated, and sliced
1 tsp soy sauce, plus more to taste
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sambal chili sauce

toasted sesame seeds to garnish
